Veil Jourde advises FHL in the Camaïeu case

Modacin, the operational holding company of the Camaïeu group, concluded a restructuring agreement on December 19 with its shareholder Fashion Holding Luxembourg (FHL) and its senior creditors. The complexity of the case came from the safeguarding of Modacin in October 2018 by the Lille Commercial Court, which called into question previous agreements.
