Veil Jourde, advisor to Maison Lelièvre in connection with the arrival of C4 Industries as a reference investor

Veil Jourde advises Maison Lelièvre, a publisher of rare fabrics with tercentenary expertise, on the arrival of C4 Industries as a reference investor.

While preserving the family character of the group, with the confirmation of Emmanuel Lelièvre in his role as CEO of the company, this acquisition of a majority stake by C4 Industries, a platform for accelerating entrepreneurial projects, marks the arrival of its founder, Pascal Cagni, as Chairman of the company.

C4 Industries thus supports the development of the emblematic French art de vivre group, whose creations adorn many historic sites in France and Europe.
Founded in 1914, Maison Lelièvre was one of the first companies to be awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label, and on July 1, 2024 became the 95th Maison de Luxe of the Comité Colbert. Its archives were exhibited this spring at the Grand Trianon at the Château de Versailles.

Maison Lelièvre was advised in this transaction by Veil Jourde, with Laurent Jobert, partner, Antoine Chomette and Fiona Defis, associates on contractual and corporate/legal aspects; Benoît Gréteau, partner, and Charlotte Martinez, associate, on tax aspects; and Pauline Larroque-Daran, partner, and Ismaël Koné, counsel, on employment aspects.
