Veil Jourde, advisor to France Cacao in its bond raising

France Cacao has completed a €1.5 million bond issue, guaranteed by a management trust covering several of the company’s financial assets, with the Delta AM fund.

France Cacao, a recognised player in the chocolate market, was advised by Veil Jourde, with Eugénie Amri, Géraud Saint-Guilhem and Hervé Pillard, partners, and Thibaut Lesure, associate.
