Veil Jourde, advisor to the founders of k-ciopé on its sale
The founders of k-ciopé, a digital consultancy specialising in three complementary areas of expertise (UX, tech and data), have sold the company to the Proxiad group (a minority shareholding in UI Investissement).
K-ciopé and its founders were advised by Veil Jourde, with Géraud Saint Guilhem, partner, and Paul Nanty, associate, on corporate matters, and Benoît Gréteau, partner, on tax matters.
