Le Moniteur : Greening public procurement: progress that is still foggy

Expert opinion from Matthieu Ragot, partner, published by Le Moniteur.
While the Climate and Resilience bill, adopted on May 4th by the Assemblée NAtionale and which should be examined by the Senate in public session starting June 15th, arouses numerous controversies, its article 15, which plans to strengthen the consideration of environmental considerations in public procurement, is among the most consensual measures. However, the concrete implications of certain provisions of this article still remain quite unclear.
