Entreprendre : Decoding social partners’ unapproved agreement on the new unemployment insurance rules

On 21 November, Pauline LARROQUE DARAN and ismaël KONÉ co-authored an article in Entreprendre detailing the agreement reached by partners on unemployment insurance rules.

Initially scheduled to come into force on 1 January 2024, the new rules could be postponed until the second half of 2024 pending approval by the government, which on 27 November rejected the agreement as it stood.
