Cosmétique Mag – Cosmestics in Chine: a new regulatory framework
Maxime de Guillenchmidt, partner, and Matthieu Bonnici, partner of BLF Law Group (Hong Kong – Shanghai) co-signed an article in Cosmétique Mag on the new regulations on cosmetic products applicable in China since May 1, 2021.
The scope of this new regulation is very broad since it concerns both the registration of products and the people responsible for quality, including the composition of the products and the abandonment of animal testing for some of them.
