Veil Jourde, advisor to Amundi Private Equity Transition Juste on the fundraising of Faume

Veil Jourde advises Amundi Private Equity Transition Juste on the fundraising of Faume, a pioneering second-hand platform for premium and luxury fashion brands.
This €8 million fund-raising, which also involved its historical investors Daphni and Bpifrance, via its Digital Venture fund, is designed to accelerate Faume’s growth, and thus continue its contribution to the sustainable and virtuous transformation of the sector.
Co-founded by Aymeric Déchin, Nicolas Viant and Jocelyn Kerbourc’h, Faume has established itself in five years as the benchmark technological solution and alternative to traditional marketplaces for brands wishing to structure their second-hand offer.
Today, the start-up works with more than 45 iconic brands, including Isabel Marant, Soeur, Lacoste, ba&sh, Ami Paris, Aigle and Balzac Paris. Since its creation, it has sold 300,000 refurbished items, 40% of them internationally, avoiding 4,200 tonnes of CO2 emissions in 2024 alone.
This new round of financing will strengthen Faume’s sales and technical teams, with the aim of supporting 150 brands over the next four years and accelerating its penetration of the European market, particularly in Italy and the UK, where a collaboration with iconic ready-to-wear brand Victoria Beckham has just been signed.
Amundi Private Equity Transition Juste was advised in this transaction by Veil Jourde, with Vincent Ramel, partner, Antoine Chomette and Léandre Marchi-Boualam, associates, on corporate and contractual aspects.
The firm’s teams were also involved in due diligence aspects of the transaction: Benoît Gréteau, partner, and Charlotte Martinez, associate, on tax aspects; Pauline Larroque-Daran, partner, and Chloé Noyon, associate; Nicolas Brault, partner, Fanny Attal, counsel, and Flore Canal, associate, on intellectual property aspects.
