Veil Jourde advises DecideOm, a specialist in consulting and integration of data solutions, on the acquisition of EURODECISION, a leading player in decision mathematics and artificial intelligence.
Founded in 2008, DecideOm supports companies in exploiting their data through the implementation of Data Platforms covering the entire value chain (integration, transformation, structuring and management). The group works with a number of technology partners, leading players in cloud architecture, data preparation, visualization and governance.
Backed by NCI, the group’s majority shareholder, and Bpifrance, the acquisition of EURODECISION enhances DecideOm’s offering with cutting-edge expertise in constrained optimization and artificial intelligence.
Since its creation in 1987, EURODECISION has carried out over 900 high value-added projects, demonstrating its recognized know-how in operational research and data science (human resources planning, logistics and supply chain optimization, pricing management). Its customers include listed companies and international groups such as Air France, Airbus, Alstom, Eurotunnel, Keolis, RATP and SNCF.
The integration of Eurodecision into the group, which now has 260 employees based in Lille, Paris, Lyon and Versailles, and an active customer base of 300 by 2024, reinforces its opportunity to become a leader in the Data and AI market.
