Veil Jourde advises KanAm Grund on the sale of the Grand Angle building in Lille

Veil Jourde advised KanAm Grund on the sale of the Grand Angle building, located at 99 avenue de la République in La Madeleine, to Arkea REIM, which is carrying out the transaction on behalf of SCI Territoires Avenir.
Owned by KanAm Grund since 2008, following an acquisition from Covivio, the building is located in the EuraLille business center and comprises 6,515 square meters of office space.
Located close to train stations and the tramway, it is currently – and has been since its restructuring in 2016 – fully leased to BNP Paribas.
